Clear The Shelters Aug. 17
Three days and counting!! On Saturday, August 17th, we will be participating for the first time in Clear The Shelters! On this special day, all eligible animals will have their fees waived Georgetown Animal Shelter!. So bring your friends, adopt a new furry family member, and help us #ClearTheShelters.
We’ll be waiving adoption fees for all dogs and cats over a year old, and younger pets can be adopted for only $17. We are even opening early at 11 a.m.

Nearly 700 shelters across the country are teaming up with KXAN News, NBC, and Telemundo for Clear The Shelters, a nationwide pet adoption drive that helps find loving homes for animals in need. More than 150,000 pets found their forever homes since 2015.
