Carli has been at the shelter longer than any other dog and has the sweetest personality. You need this pooch in your life! She is a naturally playful, curious and trusting canine.
This girl, about 2 years old, was found running around, with her cropped ears and enlarged teats, and brought to the shelter. She loves attention and walking and loves kids and nap time on the couch! She walks well with a harness and wants to be your one and only. If you are looking for a dog to spoil and cuddle with, Carli is your gal!
Carli has heartworms, so if you want to take her home it would first be as a foster during her treatment (it’s easy we promise and the shelter pays for it). Once her treatment is through, you could adopt her. Carli is currently available at the Georgetown Animal Shelter and waiting for her new family. As a member of the Lonely Hearts Club, her adoption fee is $25, all inclusive.
Carli was also a Fire Rescue and Furry Friends featured pet (try saying that 3 times fast)! Firefighter/Paramedic Longino has been with Georgetown since February 2015. He is a medic assigned to station one and also enjoys a long walk, just not with a harness.
